Therapy doesn’t have to be weekly until your baby goes to college.
Another appointment.
Another bill.
Another thing on an already overwhelming mental load.
It's a valid concern.
Many of the mothers I work with already feel stretched thin. The idea of adding one more commitment can feel impossible.
My goal isn't to give you another task to manage. It's to help you feel more supported, more grounded, and less alone in what you're carrying.
What are you really investing in?
Feeling less reactive and overwhelmed
Managing anxiety without constant Googling
Understanding the roots of mom rage
Healing from birth trauma and pregnancy loss
Feeling more connected to yourself and your family
Moving out of survival mode
Your time in therapy is entirely up to you
Your time in therapy is entirely up to you.
Some clients attend therapy weekly, while others prefer biweekly or less frequent sessions. Together, we'll decide what makes the most sense for your goals, needs, and season of life.
My goal isn't to keep you in therapy forever.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and confident navigating motherhood—whether you're working through mom rage, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, postpartum anxiety, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything you're carrying.
In fact, my whole goal is to work myself out of a job with you.
Investment & Insurance
I intentionally maintain a smaller caseload so I can provide thoughtful, specialized care for the mothers I work with.
Many clients choose to work with me privately for support with mom rage, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, postpartum anxiety, overwhelm, and maternal mental health concerns.
I am currently in-network with Aetna and UnitedHealthcare while honoring my existing insurance contracts. If you have a different insurance plan, many policies offer out-of-network benefits that can help reduce the cost of therapy.
My Rate
→ Intake Session: $150
→ Individual Therapy (45 min): $150
Frequently Asked Questions
-
I maintain limited in-network availability with insurance companies including Aetna and United. I can also provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
-
Out-of-network benefits are insurance benefits that may help reimburse you for therapy services provided by a therapist who is not in your insurance network. Many clients are surprised to learn they have coverage available for therapy even when a provider is not in-network.
-
My session fee is $150 per 45-minute session. However, many clients use out-of-network benefits to reduce their out-of-pocket costs. Because every insurance plan is different, the amount you pay may vary.
-
Not necessarily. While many clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish support, therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
Together, we'll determine a schedule that aligns with your needs, goals, symptoms, and season of life. Some clients attend weekly, while others transition to biweekly or less frequent sessions as they make progress.
My goal is to help you receive the right level of support—not more therapy than you need.
