Yes. Mom rage is often connected to overwhelm, chronic stress, unmet needs, perfectionism, trauma, nervous system overload, or the emotional demands of motherhood.
Therapy can help you better understand what's underneath the anger while building tools for regulation, self-compassion, and support.

At this time, I have limited in-network availability with select insurance plans. Many clients choose to work with me privately and use their out-of-network benefits to help reduce the cost of therapy.
I partner with Thrizer, a secure platform that allows clients to quickly verify their benefits, estimate their out-of-pocket costs, and in many cases submit claims on their behalf. You can learn more and check your benefits here or on my Investment & Insurance page.

$200 per 45-minute session.
Many clients use out-of-network benefits through Thrizer and pay significantly less than the full session fee. Check your benefits here or on my Investment & Insurance page to learn more.
-
Out-of-network benefits are insurance benefits that may provide reimbursement for therapy with a provider who is not in your insurance network. Many clients are surprised to learn they have coverage available. I partner with Thrizer to help clients verify their benefits and better understand their potential costs before getting started.

Your first session is all about getting to know you and what brings you in. We'll talk about your goals, your history, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy.
You don't need to prepare anything beforehand. The first session is relaxed, low-pressure, and a chance for us to see if we're a good fit.
-
Many mothers reach out feeling unsure whether what they're experiencing is "serious enough" for therapy.
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from support.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, mom rage, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, or simply feeling unlike yourself, therapy can provide a space to better understand what you're carrying and find support that feels meaningful and sustainable.

There is no set timeline for therapy.
Some clients attend for a shorter period focused on a specific challenge, while others prefer longer-term support.
Together we'll decide what feels most helpful based on your goals, needs, and season of life. My goal is not to keep you in therapy foreverβit's to help you feel more supported, confident, and equipped moving forward.
